The barns can be converted or built over depending on permission. (Previously permission has been granted but lapsed. Reinstating is easy and just a formality). The rest of the remaining land cannot be built upon but can be used for a variety of purposes. You may want to grow your own and live a sustainable existence or create your own business. Included in the price are the architect drawings we commissioned but of course you don't have to follow them, you can submit your own to your own specification and taste. Permission was granted for both barns but you may wish to only convert one which is no problem and a cheap alternative to a complete rebuild.We have been asked recentlyif we would split the barns and land but we would rather sell as a whole. If you wished to split once you've purchased that would be your prerogative.
